


Iréne (Ren) has a background in group fitness and dance, she likes to create client training sessions that are fun, challenging, and personalized to their needs. She was inspired to become a coach after she realized that something was missing from her marathon training program back in 2016 and learned the importance of resistance training to enhance her performance, reduce risk of injury and gain strength to feel limitless.

She finds that by having a diverse training program for herself and her clients it is the magic sauce to seeing results, avoiding burnout, building functional strength, moving proficiently in all three planes of motion, and staying injury free.
She tailors to her student and clients needs based on their goals, fitness level, exercise format preference and pushes them to believe in themselves and reach their potential.
Incorporating kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, and cable machines to build strength. Using pilates mat and pilates suspension method to challenge stability, core strength and flexibility. She incorporates running and dance not only for enjoyment and movement variety—but to boost cardiovascular health and build endurance in a way that keeps the heart as strong as the body.
With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry and a strong background in group fitness and dance, Ren brings energy, expertise, and a personal touch to every session. Her journey into coaching began in 2016, when she realized something crucial was missing from her marathon training: resistance training. That realization sparked a passion to train smarter—and help others do the same by enhancing performance, building strength, and reducing injury risk.
Today, Coach Ren offers both in-person and virtual training, giving clients multiple ways to feel strong, confident, and limitless.
