Pre Natal Exercise & Program Design
Do you want to stay active during your pregnancy and feel a bit concerned about what is safe and what’s not?
Partner with Coach Ren to receive guidance and an exercise program designed for you based on your trimester, energy levels and previous fitness experience.
She will also be able to guide you through exercising and having common prenatal concerns (diastasis recti, pelvic girdle pain etc. )
Pre & Post Natal Nutrition
Learn foundational nutrition skills that will set you up for a safe, healthy, and happy pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Coach Ren will help you tackle common prenatal nutrition challenges, show you how to minimize certain foods (that are not advised) to keep baby safe and learn key information about energy intake to aid with gaining or keeping a healthy weight.
For the postpartum period you will learn 4 primary nutrition goals to help you promote recovery, feel you best and get results.
Postpartum Exercise & Program Design
Your beautiful bundle of joy is here and you have been cleared to exercise.
Partner with Coach Ren to return to exercise safely, rebuild strength and aerobic foundation and resume all of your favorite activities.
